Our maple candy is 100% maple syrup that is boiled further, stirred, and poured into shaped candy molds where it cools to sparkling solid piece of heaven.
Maple cream is 100% maple syrup that is boiled further, cooled slowly, and stirred until it
becomes an all-natural spread for toast, cracker dipping, or anywhere syrup can be used (ice
cream, squash, oatmeal). There is no dairy in maple cream, though the name implies it. The
cream in maple cream refers to its creamy texture. Kalvin only sells it if it’s “smooth as a trout.”
Maple sugar is just that, 100% maple syrup in granulated form. We boil our syrup down, stir, and sift. Maple sugar can be sprinkled on cereal, fresh fruit, or baking.
I drink maple syrup. Then I'm hyper so I just run around like crazy and work it all off.
